Into The Storm Review (2014)

Into The Storm

Into The Storm is the modern version of Twister except it's terrible. The film looked like it was shot on an iPod, the acting was terrible, Richard Armitage couldn't keep his American accent, you didn't care about a single character, it was boring, the exposition felt forced.

The only thing that made this movie bearable was the only thing anyone seemed to take time on, the tornadoes. The special effects on those bad boys were pretty neat. Especially in a particular scene (you'll know what I'm talking about if you see it) toward the end. So if you want to see it for just that, then by all go for it. I won't stop you.

I, however, went in with low expectation and it didn't even meet those. This movie is an absolute waste of time. My advice is to skip it and maybe watch the tornado scenes on Youtube. 1.5 out of 5 stars. (Skip It)
